    சென்னை, நவ.12-தகுதி தேர்வில் தவறான விடைகளுக்கு மதிப்பெண் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக தொடரப்பட்ட வழக்கில், பதில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்யும்படி ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத்துக்கு சென்னை ஐகோர்ட்டு நோட்டீசு அனுப்ப உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.காஞ்சீபுரம் மாவட்டம், முட்டவாக்கம் கிராமத்தை சேர்ந்தவர் எம்.யுவராஜ் (வயது 24). இவர், சென்னை ஐகோர்ட்டில் தாக்கல் செய்துள்ள மனுவில் கூறியிருப்பதாவது:-தவறான விடைநான் கணிதம் பாடத்தில் பி.எஸ்சி., பி.எட். பட்டம் பெற்றுள்ளேன். ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் கடந்த ஆகஸ்ட் 18-ந் தேதி நடத்திய ஆசிரியர் தகுதி தேர்வில் கலந்துக் கொண்டேன்.இந்த தேர்வு முடிவினை 5-11-2013 அன்று ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் வெளியிட்டது. அதில், நான் 89 மதிப்பெண் பெற்று இருந்தேன். ஆனால், தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற 90 மதிப்பெண்கள் எடுக்கவேண்டும்.அதேநேரம், தேர்வில் கேட்கப்பட்ட கேள்விக்கு சரியான விடை பட்டியலை ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. அதில், கேள்வி எண் 4, 14, 24 ஆகிய கேள்விகளுக்கு தவறான விடைகளுக்கு மதிப்பெண் வழங்கியுள்ளது.3 மதிப்பெண்கள்நான், இந்த 3 கேள்விகளுக்கும் சரியான விடை அளித்துள்ளேன். இதையடுத்து, 6-11-2013 அன்று இந்த 3 கேள்விக்குரிய சரியான விடைகளையும், அதற்கான ஆதார புத்தகங்களையும் இணைத்து ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத்துக்கு அனுப்பினேன். இதுவரை எந்த பதிலும் இல்லை.இந்த தேர்வு முடிவின் அடிப்படையில், தேர்ச்சிப் பெற்றவர்களின் சான்றிதழ் சரி பார்க்கும் பணி விரைவில் நடைபெற உள்ளது. எனவே சரியான பதிலை அளித்துள்ள எனக்கு 3 மதிப்பெண்கள் வழங்கவும், சான்றிதழ் சரி பார்க்கும் பணியில் கலந்துக்கொள்ள எனக்கு அழைப்பு கடிதம் அனுப்பவும் ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத்துக்கு உத்தரவிட வேண்டும்.இவ்வாறு அதில் கூறப்பட்டு இருந்தது.அனுமதிக்க வேண்டும்இந்த மனு நீதிபதி என்.கிருபாகரன் முன்பு நேற்று விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது. அப்போது, மனுதாரர் தரப்பில் வக்கீல் எம்.ஆர்.ஜோதிமணி ஆஜராகி வாதம் செய்தார்.இதையடுத்து நீதிபதி பிறப்பித்த இடைக்கால உத்தரவில், ‘‘இந்த வழக்கில் ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் விரிவான பதில் மனுவை தாக்கல் செய்யவேண்டும். விரைவில் நடைபெற உள்ள, சான்றிதழ் சரி பார்க்கும் பணியில் மனுதாரரையும் கலந்து கொள்ள அனுமதி அளிக்க வேண்டும். இந்த மனு மீதான விசாரணை வருகிற 20-ந் தேதிக்கு தள்ளிவைக்கப்படுகிறது’’ என்று கூறியுள்ளார்.

In competition exam these are all happened. If u will get good judgement I am happy. But at the same time another group are going to file another case after selection list come. That is, those whose TET mark is more with less weightage, they cann't get a job. But less TET (just 90) with good weightage can get. At that time see the situation for those got marks in TET (moe than 100).In B.Ed., correspondence students can not get more than 65% But most of the regular students (in self financing colleges)got very good percentage(more than 75%) For the last 5 to 6 years this is happening. So even u get state first in TET, it is not sure that u get first rank in selection list. Same system in plus two. so, total weightage system is not logically correct. But we don't do anything. if they filing a case against it, we will get posting next year only.Like this each and every one file a case, there is no end.So, we share healthy comment. Please don't give any indecent comment thanking u friends. don't mistake me.

    PG TRB:Expected that all pg trb pending writs are cleared or disposed on nov 18th mon. On the same date or shortly provisional sel list of all pg subjects shal b published. Though the pg tam case no & its details-(weekly cause status for 1 week) r not mentioned in the madurai high court official site, there is high possibility for pg tamil case to get finalised by nov 18th & 19th. Both the madurai bench judges those who deals tamil case present for mon & tue. In particular their bench functions only on coming mon & tue. Hearing on nov 12th postponed due to the deptation of judge Jaichandran without next date. Since their bench availabl only for mon & tue, pg tam case wil come to an end by analysing opponent thoughts.All pg tam candidates prays the court to finalise the issue in quick & provide judhement to TRB to publish PG Tamil result by next week.     Even today the pg tamil writ in madurai hc bench doesn't come to an end for final judgement – though the bench of judges Jaichandran & Vaithiyanathan sits only for mon & tue this week. (Rest from wed to fri their bench sitting is not listed in cause list)Another opportunity is if the court replace the judge Vaithiyanathan and change the bench as Chief justice & Jaichandran (their both sitting bench comes from wed to fri this week) it will b more wonderful to finish the Pg tamil case with a best end as if the judgement given by Chief justice.Anyhow we pg tamil candidates all need to finish all within this week & publish the result & cv list. All our hearts r highly wounded by oct 1st re exam judgement for last 50 days. We need a best judgement with better evaluation mode as a medicine soon.

After that our friends quoted that there is a contradiction in that answers and filed the case. If there is a proof, they and we are also will get benefit. If the proof will be accepted by the TRB then the answers given in the final key by the experts are wrong. Am I correct? Then they are not the experts. Our friends are only the experts. Always truth will win. so madam, Don't get emotion, Be cool, I am also same position like U. Wait. Some of my friends also informed me that they also file a case about the weightage system. Getting high marks in TET with less weightage may not get the job. But less mark in TET (just 90) with good weightage can get the job. This is the another problem. Government has no steady and stable policy. so we only the affected person. Madam what is your subject. and what is your tet mark and also weightageDon't mistake me madam.Just convey my comments

    WELCOME TO TAM-NEWS TEACHERS BLOG ( http://www.tntam.in )mail id- tamdgl@yahoo.in & tamnewsdgl@gmail.comHomeG.O'SDIR.PROCEEDINGSCPSGENERAL NEWSCOURT NEWSTRBTNPSCSSARMSAANDRIODPAY ORDERSRTISCHOLAR SHIPFORMSCCE7th PCSYLLABUSARTICLE NEWSEMPLOYMENT NEWSHRA-TABLE பள்ளிக்கு "டிமிக்கி' கொடுக்கும் ஹெச்.எம்.,கள் மாணவர்கள் கல்வித்தரம் பாதிப்பு: கல்வியாளர்கள் கடும் அதிருப்தி அறிவிப்போடு நின்றுபோன சிறப்பு ஆசிரியர் தகுதித்தேர்வு – மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகள் ஏமாற்றம் 9 அம்ச கோரிக்கைகளை வலியுறுத்தி சென்னை சேப்பாக்கம் அரசு விருந்தினர் மாளிகை அருகில் பாவலர்.க.மீனாட்சிசுந்தரம் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்றும் மாபெரும் பட்டினிப்போராட்டம் பிறப்பு இறப்பு சான்றிதழ்களை பஞ்., தலைவர்களும் வழங்கலாம் உயர் கல்வி மேம்பாட்டுக்கு முன்னுரிமை: ஜெயலலிதா உறுதி இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர்களுக்காக புதிய ஆசிரியர் அணி இன்று திருச்சியில் ( 24.11.2013 -மாலை 5 மணி) உதயம் கல்வித்துறை அதிகாரிகளுக்கு எதிராக உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் 321 அவமதிப்பு வழக்குகள் டிட்டோ ஜாக் கோரிக்கை 2 ஏன் 7 ஆனது? ஓர் அலசல் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு தகுதி சான்று வழங்கல்.நாளிதழ் செய்தி – தினமலர் ரூசா திட்டம் – 12 மாநிலங்களுக்கு உயர்கல்விக்கென தலா 120 கோடி! + Grab this Widget on Way2Bloggingஅரசு பள்ளிகளில் 6,545 தற்காலிக ஆசிரியர்களை நியமிக்க கல்வித்துறை உத்தரவுஎஸ்எஸ்எல்சி மற்றும் பிளஸ் 2 பொதுத்தேர்வு நெருங்குவதால் மாணவர்கள் நலன் கருதி 6 ஆயிரத்து 545 தற்காலிக ஆசிரியர்களை உடனடியாக நியமித்துக் கொள்ள கல்வித்துறை முதன்மை செயலாளர்சபீதா உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார். தமிழக பள்ளிகளில் சுமார் 16 ஆயிரம் காலி பணியிடங்கள் நிரப்பப்படாமல் உள்ளன. இந்த ஆண்டு நடத்தப்பட்ட ஆசிரியர் தகுதி தேர்வு முடிவுகள் வெளியாகியுள்ள நிலையில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற ஆசிரியர்களை பாட வாரிய நியமிக்க இன்னும் சில மாதங்கள் ஆகும் என கூறப்படுகிறது.இதற்கிடையில், அரையாண்டு பொதுத்தேர்வு அட்டவணை வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஆண்டு இறுதி தேர்வுக்கும் இன்னும் 4 மாதங்களே உள்ளன. இந்நிலையில், பல பள்ளிகளில் 10ம் வகுப்பு, பிளஸ் 2 மாணவர்களுக்கு பாடம் நடத்த ஆசிரியர் பற்றாக்குறையாக உள்ளதால், இருக்கிற ஆசிரியர்களை வைத்து சமாளித்து வருகின்றனர். இதனால் மாணவர்களின் கல்வித்தரம் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக கல்வித்துறைக்கு தகவல் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது. இதையடுத்து பொதுத்தேர்வு எழுதும் மாணவர்களின் நலன் கருதி, தமிழ், சிறுபான்மை மொழி, வரலாறு, புவியியல், அரசியல் அறிவியல், இந்திய பண்பாடு மற்றும் உடற்கல்வி இயக்குனர் நிலை 1 ஆகிய பாடங்கள் தவிர இதர பாடங்களில் காலியாக உள்ள 2 ஆயிரத்து 645 முதுகலை பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் காலி இடங்களுக்கு மாதம் ரூ.5 ஆயிரம் தொகுப்பூதியம் அடிப்படையில் தற்காலிக ஆசிரியர்களை நியமித்துக் கொள்ள உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.இதேபோல் தமிழ் மற்றும் சமூக அறிவியல் தவிர இதர பாடங்களில் உள்ள 3 ஆயிரத்து 900 பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் காலி பணியிடங்களுக்கு மாதம் ரூ.4 ஆயிரம் தொகுப்பூதியம் அடிப்படையில் தற்காலிக ஆசிரியர்களை பெற்றோர் ஆசிரியர் கழகம் மூலம் நியமித்துக் கொள்ள அனுமதி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. புதிய ஆசிரியர்கள் தேர்வு செய்யப்படும் வரையோ அல்லது அதிகபட்சமாக 7 மாதங்கள் வரையோ இவர்கள் தற்காலிகமாக பணிபுரிய அனுமதி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. தற்காலிக ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான தொகுப்பூதியத்தை தலைமை ஆசிரியர்கள் மூலம் வழங்க ஏதுவாக ரூ.20.18 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்தும் கல்வித்துறை முதன்மைச் செயலாளர் சபீதா உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார். இதையடுத்து மாவட்ட வாரியாக தற்காலிக ஆசிரியர்களை நியமிப்பதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகள் முதன்மை கல்வி அலுவலர்களால் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளதுPTA மூலம் நியமிக்கப்பட்ட ஆசிரியர்கள்,TRB மூலம்ஆசிரியர்கள் முறையான நியமனம் செய்யப்படும் வரை அல்லது 7 மாதங்கள் வரை இதில் எது முன்னரோ அதுவரை பணியாற்றலாம் .click here-PTA மூலம் தொகுப்பூதியத்தில் ஆசிரியர்களை நியமித்தல் -அரசாணை

    My dear friends,Why restless cries?Wait for the court to decide.Saranya Sundar Madam, as we already discussed earlier the people who got the pass mark will never be altered. Don't panic. Immediately after writing the TET exam,,Somebody started crying about weightage? How many explanations will you give to defend your low weightage? where you people have gone in the previous exam.TRB is following the guidelines about the weightage which was already declared to and approved by the Court.
