    congrates for all who reached cv list.Anybody knew what is the position of pg tamil??? Not a single news published in any of the papers, regarding pg tam re appeal or the idea of trb & govt in our pg tam issue.kindly pg tam candidates comment here. we r left in darkness. Atleast we want to knew whether further appeal was made by tn govt or not.We expect the pg tam cv list as soon as possible like the other subjects after the success appeal by tn govt against re exam judgement.Only becos of the delay of late writ filing by B series candidate after publication of tentative key (not within a week after exam/verifying whether grace marks frm trb to b given or not due to lower score)totally delays the cv list & further process in pg tamil.Throwing the 75% A C D series candidates hardwork & 15% B series candidates best efforts into dustbin like an eaten banana leaf & conducting re exam is an injustice…we expect +ve solution from tn govt & trb soon…

    Last year in PG RECRUITMENT they called 1:2 .So the marks for seniority and experience marks are useful to experienced senior.This year CV LIST is released 1:1 basis. Now it is change only the RANK of candidates. Hence all the candidates called for CV will get appointment.

    Trb not selected in proper way how in prospectus they told that if any one candiate scored lowest cut off mark in respective communal turn all such candidate will be called for cv.but board not follow that rule.why? All subject last communal missed candiate ready to get file case against this selection.surely this selection deviates from notification.eventhoug cv finished last year list canceld by court all of you remember that incident.so last first list merit candidate affected.this year all experienced candidate not get cv.every year they modify pattern of selection.this is not correct. We cannot raise to ask our rights.already court direct adding weightage before cv for senior but trb fully reject that court order.now it self we educate peoples close our mouth and expecting any one file case. When we fight against our own rights.please all major missed last cutoff candidate file case i am going file case against this selection Bec after cv only trb has decide to finalise according to date of birth if the candidate score same mark. They should not do like before cv.trb planed release result in court holidays for nine days.no body cannot go to court.but i am only go file case against this selection according to trb notification para 4 where note.

    pg trb mathematics final answer key was published on 07.10.2013.but one question was wrongly answered given by trb. please all pg mathematics candidates see the questions related with answers are correctly or wrong. in "A" series question no.98 was every bounded sequence has a limit point is bolzano weistrass theorem that is (b) is correct but trb announced (d) is correct as well as question no.13 was the correct answers are option (a) and (b) are correct i.e (a) group replacement (b) individual replacement but option (c) is group and individual replacement then it is also correct answer. so pls pg mathematics candidates consider the above questions and take the favourable steps from us

    TRB selection is going in the right way…no one has right to question that?in UGC NET june 2012 also they selected candidates against the notification published…but supreme court disposed the case filed by more than 100 candidates. supreme court justice Mr.Radhakrishnan told thatUGC and any government authority has right to change the criteria for the selection of efficient candidates…Supreme court order is in favour of TRB selection..this judgement came before 20 days only….so if you put case against TRB also… all goes in vain..wait for second list…dont waste ur time and money…

    UGC judgementA bench, headed by Justice K S Radhakrishnan, said courts shall not interfere in matters of education unless there is a violation of statutory provisions and it is open to the UGC to lay down any qualifying criteria. Few Points From Supreme Courts Judgement Copy23. UGC, in exercise of its powers conferred under clauses (e) and (g) of Section 26(1) of the UGC Act, issued the UGC (Minimum Qualification of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and other measures for Maintenance of Standards of Higher Education) Regulations, 2010. Clause 3.3.1 of the Regulation specifically states the NET shall remain the minimum eligibility condition for recruitment and for appointment of Assistant Professors in the Universities/Colleges/Institutions. Clause 4.4.1 stipulates that before fulfilling the other prescribed qualifications, the candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test conducted by the UGC. Therefore, the power of the UGC to prescribe, as it thinks fit¸ the qualifying criteria for maintenance of standards of teaching, examination etc. cannot be disputed. It is in exercise of the above statutory powers, the UGC has issued the notification for holding the NET on 24th June, 2012. Para 7 of the Notification deals with the Scheme of the Act which clearly indicates that the candidates are required to obtain minimum marks separately in Paper I, Paper II and Paper III. It also clearly indicates that only such candidates who obtain minimum required marks in each paper will be considered for final preparation of results. The final qualifying criteria for JRF and eligibility for lectureship shall be decided by UGC before declaration of result. Above clause deals with the following requirements to be followed before the final declaration of the results

    PG TAMIL: Pg tamil patri pesa ingu oruvarum illai????2 weeks painfully passed away frm judgement as re exam. Not yet further appeal made by tn govt as announced within 3 days frm judgement date oct 1st…B series il paathikkapattavargal, thervu mudintha sila natkalil needhi kettirundhaal, yeppodho theervu kidaithirukkum. (Even in some dist, 30 candidates who missed their mobile phones costlier, get protested against centre & trb instruction to leave mobile phones outside exam centre & that news flashed in tv. Trb replied we r not responsible for the missing mobile phones. But the B series tam pg candidates who faced serious mistakes nearly 40, keeps mum & left the exam hall like the people returning frm cinema & delaying more than 1.5 months & filing the writ after the release of trb's tentative key expecting grace marks whether given or not by seeing their lowest score. Out of 8000 B series candidates, not even at single exam centre, B series candidates shouted outside the exam hall as printing mistake spoiled our life & we need re exam immediately. All kept mum only to claim grace marks. Since it is denied by trb, writ filed to cancel the examination after 1.5 months. Claiming for re exam within 2 weeks frm date of exam is surely acceptable, as the brilliant candidate misses the better opportunity.Why madurai hc didnt questioned abt the delay of writ filing? Asking the rights at the right time is the right thing. Delayed claiming damages the rights of others.Tharpodhu yedharkum payan padavillai re exam theerppu… Tamil pg niyamanatthai thaamadha padutthiyadhu mattume andha theerpinaal undaana kodumai!Paavam arasu palli maanavargal.Justice delayed is justice denied(for all pg tam hardworkers) For every problem, there are many solutions. One better solution is written as judgement. Other best solution will b quickly written to wipe all sorrows also for B series lower scorer candidates in quick.

    CV for all pg subjects except tamil to b conducted on oct 21, 22.Tamilnadu state assembly joins on oct 23.Within that period, what decision tn govt & trb going to give for pg tamil candidates(more than 450 candidates who scored more than 95 from all A B C D series) who r pulled out of the cv procedure due to re exam judgement by madurai hc…Though we put enough efforts for pg exam , we tamil hardworkers r pushed into the situation as just watching the other subject cv process and list as a poor child just watching a rich child eating an apple. But hav a great hope that, tn govt wil save the lives of all pg tam hardworkers with a good solution soon. Greatly think that, after solving all process of pg tamil selection & cv, only along with pg tamil – all other pg subjects r going to b appointed. Hoping that's y temporary pg posts r announced by our edn dept in this crucial situation.

    Dear Naga Deepan, I missed TET 2012 (Aug) in just 1 mark, Group-IV 2012 in 3 marks, Group II 2012 in 3 marks, even If I missed out this PG-TRB, I won't whine or complain, I will start anew and afresh from the scratch. One thing I learnt from writing competitive examinations (altogether 9 examinations in all format) is never ever fall back on any coaching center material, you (myself) are on your own and you have to prepare your own material, because a material prepared by others will always have some lacunae. I thoroughly enjoyed preparing for TRB, my mind gone back to my college days and the lectures of my professors ringed in my ear ( all these are after 8 years, in between 5 years of medical transcription work). Even If I won't get the job, I will give kudos to myself, because this is my first attempt in this format, for scoring this mark.

    PG TAMIL:Thanx for contacting me via phone & mail.More than 10 PG TAMIL frnds who scored more than 100(in all A B C D SERIES)shared their own thoughts from many dist.We want to wait still the CV date 22.10.2013 or 10 days for the news of further appeal from trb & tn govt in PG TAMIL issue. If there is further delay in appeal against re exam judgement or as re exam intimation from trb or merging the Pg tam vacancy in next recruitment – we gather & file a writ against the Re exam judgement given by Madurai HC within Nov 8th(5th week of judgement).Nobody have the right to discard our hardwork. Having a great hope that, tn govt & trb still now have no idea of conducting re exam.     thank u for the candidate who filed the case..nothing will happen…it will speeds up the TRB appointment process….unselected candidates…go and prrepare for next TRB….nothing u can do…so all selected CV candidates…dont worry for these hurdle…no one can stop CV….hereafter TRB dont obey the unacceptable judgement….wait and see

    difference between state first and state second is by 1 mark only…state first candidate will get all benefits from government…so maximum number of toppers and rank holders differ by 1 or 2 marks only…they didnt question like this…sorry to say..we are all hard workers …we didnt come by side gate…

    Definitely TRB will be published this week or next week less than 6 or 7 least last cv cut off because employment seniority maximum 4 marks and experience maximum 3 marks.Somebody already have 7 marks their hands plus written exam mark.     nothing will happen…CV selected candidates…dont worry..enjoy attending CV..that justice asked to prepare list only for last mark candidates who missed the CV due to their age….but its up to TRB decision whether it is going to call them or not…if TRB called that candidates also, only minimum of 10 students from each subject have to be called…it doesnt affect your employnment opportunity…100% job assured for CV attended candidates…
