    6,545 ஆசிரியர் தொகுப்பூதிய அடிப்படையில் தற்காலிக ஆசிரியர் நியமனம் : முதல்வர் ஜெயலலிதா உத்தரவுஅரசு பள்ளிகளில், "ரெகுலர்' அடிப்படையில்,ஆசிரியரை பணி நியமனம் செய்வதில் கால தாமதம்ஏற்பட்டு வருகிறது. இதனால், மாணவர் கல்வி பாதிக்கக் கூடாது என்பதற்காக, 6,545 ஆசிரியர்களை,தொகுப்பூதிய அடிப்படையில், அந்தந்த பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களே, நியமனம் செய்து கொள்ள, முதல்வர் ஜெயலலிதா உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார். அரசு மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளிகளில், 2,881 முதுகலை ஆசிரியர் பணியிடங்களை நிரப்பும் பணியில், தமிழ்ப் பாடத் தேர்வு பிரச்னையால் தமிழ் தவிரபிற பாடங்களுக்கான தேர்வு முடிவுகளை டி.ஆர்.பி.தேர்வு முடிவை வெளியிட்டாலும், சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பு நடத்தி, தகுதி வாய்ந்தவர் பட்டியலை, கல்வித்துறையிடம் அளித்து, அதன் பின், கல்வித்துறை, பணி நியமனம் செய்வதற்குள், பல மாதங்கள் கரைந்துவிடும். 6,500 பேர்… : இதேபோல், 3,000த்திற்கும் மேற்பட்டபட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் பணியிடங்களை நிரப்பும் பணியும் கால தாமதம் ஏற்பட்டு வருகிறது. இதனால், மாணவர்களின் கல்வி பாதிக்கக்கூடாது என்பதற்காக, 2,645 முதுகலை ஆசிரியர் பணியிடங்களையும், 3,900, பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் பணியிடங்களையும், தொகுப்பூதிய அடிப்படையில், உடனடியாகநிரப்புவதற்கு, முதல்வர் ஜெயலலிதா உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார். சம்பளம் எவ்வளவு? : முதுகலை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு, மாதம், 5,000 ரூபாயும், பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு, மாதம், 4,000 ரூபாயும், சம்பளமாக வழங்கப்படும்.இதற்காக, 20.18 கோடி ரூபாய் நிதி ஒதுக்கியும்,முதல்வர் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார். "ரெகுலர்' ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு செய்யும் வரை, இந்த தற்காலிக ஆசிரியர்கள் பணியாற்ற, முதல்வர் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார். வேலை வேண்டுவோர், அரசு உயர்நிலைப் பள்ளி,மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு விண்ணப்பித்து, பணியில் சேரலாம். இது குறித்து, பள்ளிக்கல்வி இயக்குனர், ராமேஸ்வர முருகன் கூறியதாவது: தற்காலிக ஆசிரியர் நியமனம்செய்ய, முதல்வர் எடுத்த நடவடிக்கை, பொதுத் தேர்வு எழுத உள்ள மாணவ, மாணவியருக்கு, மிகவும் பயனளிக்கும். பணியை எதிர்பார்ப்பவர்கள், தங்கள், சொந்த ஊரில் உள்ள பள்ளிகளுக்கு மட்டுமே, விண்ணப்பிக்க வேண்டும். நீண்ட தொலைவில் உள்ள, வெளியூரில் உள்ள பள்ளிகளுக்கு, விண்ணப்பிக்கக் கூடாது.பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு விண்ணப்பித்து, பணியில் சேரலாம். முதுகலை ஆசிரியர் பிரிவில், ஆங்கிலம், கணிதம், இயற்பியல், வேதியியல், வணிகவியல், உயிரியல், விலங்கியல், தாவரவியல் ஆகிய பணியிடங்களுக்கும், பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் பிரிவில், ஆங்கிலம், கணிதம் மற்றும் அறிவியல் ஆகியபாடங்களுக்கும், தற்காலிக ஆசிரியர் நியமிக்கப்படுவர். இவ்வாறு, ராமேஸ்வர முருகன் தெரிவித்தார். இடுகையிட்டது .

    hi kalavathy mam, you dont need to panic and disappointed. trb will revise cv list and will call for 1:2. if you have teaching experience and seniority weightage marks you will be recruited. be patience and keep on try to conduct trb…. my best wishes for you….
